Our Story
“Fuji Biyori” in Japanese means a perfect day for going to Mount Fuji. As we all know, Mount Fuji can only see the perfect view of the mountain when the weather is clear, so we named it Fuji Biyori. We hope that every dining experience of customers in our restaurant will be like when the weather is sunny as beautiful as Mount Fuji.

Omakase
Omakase (おまかせ) translates as ‘I’ll leave it up to you’. It is essentially trusting the professional to decide something for you.
Ordering omakase in a restaurant means you are relinquishing control of your meal to your chef. We will provide you with a selection of curated dishes depending on seasonality and our professional judgment.
We only accept Omakase reservations for dinner and weekends. In order to ensure the quality of omakase dishes, please make reservations two days in advance. After you make a reservation, our chef will contact you to discuss the dishes with you.
